Feff Return/Refund Policy
FEFF is a software program which is usually accessed by downloading from an Internet site with a password. If an end-user wishes, the software can be sent on floppy disks or on a CD-ROM.
Once a user has downloaded and installed FEFF, there is no way to “return” the software. If a user experiences difficulties, technical assistance is available, either via phone call or e-mail, or with an in-person visit from FEFF technical staff. In-person visits are charged at the cost of roundtrip airfare plus per diem and a technical support fee of $500 for academic users and $600 for commercial users.
If a user is not satisfied with the performance of the software, the license fee will be refunded.
